Introducing The Leadership Match with Martin Rowinski
Leadership is built one conversation, one connection, and one action at a time.
That belief is one of the reasons I created The Leadership Match, my new leadership podcast focused on quick, meaningful conversations with executives, founders, advisors, entrepreneurs, authors, and business leaders.

The idea behind the show is simple.
I wanted to create a place where leaders could share the experiences that shaped them before the title, the lesson that came from those experiences, and the action another leader can take right now.
Not long interviews filled with theory.
Not surface-level leadership talk.
Real conversations. Real stories. Real takeaways.
Why I Created The Leadership Match
For years, my work has centered around helping executives and companies connect with the right people. Through Boardsi, my books, speaking, and content, I have seen how powerful the right connection can be.
The right advisor can change how a CEO thinks.
The right board member can help a company see around corners.
The right mentor can open a door.
The right conversation can create clarity.
That is why this podcast matters to me.
The Leadership Match is built around the same principle I write about often: leadership is not just about the title you hold. It is about the value you create, the people you serve, the relationships you build, and the action you take.
That message also connects deeply to my book, Beyond The Title.
Your title may introduce you, but your values, vision, mission, relationships, and actions are what define you.
What Makes The Leadership Match Different
This is a quick leadership podcast. Most conversations are designed to be focused, practical, and easy to listen to.
The goal is not to cover everything.
The goal is to find the one story, one lesson, or one leadership idea that can help someone think differently and move forward.
Each episode is built around three ideas:
Beyond The Title: Who shaped you before the title existed?
The Match: What leadership lesson came from that experience?
The Action: What can another leader do with it this week?
That structure keeps the conversation human, useful, and focused on growth.
Because leadership is not just what happens in the boardroom. It is shaped by our upbringing, our challenges, our failures, our mentors, our decisions, and the moments that forced us to grow.
Who The Show Is For
The Leadership Match is for leaders who want to grow with intention.
It is for executives building their brand.
It is for founders making hard decisions.
It is for board members and advisors who want to add more value.
It is for entrepreneurs learning through pressure.
It is for professionals who want to move beyond the title and lead with more clarity.
We talk about leadership, executive branding, board readiness, business growth, communication, resilience, trust, decision-making, marketing, culture, technology, and the lessons that help leaders become better.
The conversations are short, but the ideas are meant to last.
Why It Matters Now
Leadership is changing.
Executives today are expected to be more visible, more adaptable, more emotionally intelligent, and more trusted than ever before.
A title alone is not enough.
People want to know what you stand for. They want to see how you think. They want to understand the value you bring before they ever meet you.
That is why conversations like these matter.
When leaders share real lessons from real experience, they help others see what is possible. They also build trust, credibility, and connection.
That is the power of leadership storytelling.
And that is the purpose of The Leadership Match.
Listen, Watch, And Explore The Guests
You can watch episodes, explore guest profiles, and learn more about the show at:

Each guest profile includes more about the leader, their background, and the key takeaways from our conversation.
My hope is that every episode gives you at least one idea you can use, one person you can learn from, or one action you can take.
Because leadership is not built by sitting still.
Leadership is built through values, vision, mission, relationships, and action.
And sometimes, the right match starts with one conversation.
