Day 11 of the 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Well I know I still keep calling it a Juice Cleanse even when I am back to eating food and having coffee. I am still only eating 1 meal and having 1 cup of coffee only. I still feel great and I feel like the cleanse really worked, I lost weight and feel good. Again I would not do this cleanse again in winter and I am sure I will repeat this in warmer months this year.
Went to the gym today, had a great work out, then I got some juice. For lunch I had a couple tacos and lots of water. I am planning on skipping dinner today and I will be having some veggie and fruit juice and then have a couple carrots or something, maybe some dark chocolate.

Day 10 of 14 day juice cleanse
Not much new today, added coffee to my morning, got a little burst of energy before going to the gym. After the gym I got some carrot and orange juice and then I had a handful of blueberries. Skipped munch today, just had a veggie juice and then at 5:00pm I had a couple small slices of pizza.
Later in the evening I had a couple carrots and lots of water today like every other day.
Today was a good day and I sure enjoyed the pizza

Day 9 of 14 day Juice Cleanse
I have been feeling much better now that I am eating 1 meal a day. Energy level is back up, I am a lot warmer and my work outs at the gym are a lot harder.
Today I went to the gym, did my work out and then had my orange and carrot juice. Later in the day I had a nice size lunch (Hamburger) and a few hours after that I had a veggie juice and that was it for the day.
My weight is still at 179 lbs so I am keeping the weight in check.
Feeling great so that is my update for now.

Day 8 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Doing this cleanse during winter season is not a good idea, I have been so cold, but now that I started eating one meal a day I feel much better.
So I am still doing the same type of juice drink, haven’t really changed, fruit with carrots in the morning and at noon super veggie juice, at about 2:00 pm another fruit drink. Depending on my day I usually will have a late lunch/early dinner as my only small meal for the day.
I feel much better now and I am so full when I do eat the meal, and I stay full all day long.
Day 7 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Half way there and I am way ahead of schedule, as far as loosing my weight. I know it seems weird but I was hoping to loose weight slower so I can cleanse longer but looks like I will be eating some food today at some point. I am coming in at 178 lbs already!
Anyway, so I started out with my usual work out in the morning, today was Arm day, triceps and biceps. At about 8:00 am I got my fruit juice, had apple, orange, grapefruit and bell pepper (I know that is NOT fruit, haha).
For lunch I had, lots of broccoli, carrots, spinach, bell pepper and parsley. Then I was out and about with my son and starving so we went into a gourmet hot dog place and I had a hot dog with a side of chilly, HAHAHA … good 1st meal after not eating for 7 days!
The hot dog was a chicken dog, with avocado, sprouts, and pickle … delicious!Then I could only eat a few bites of the chilly and a few french fries from my sons plate!
I was full for the rest of the day and I am now going to bed and I still haven’t eaten anything else.
I am still sticking to drinking juice and no alcohol including wine or beer.

Day 6 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Another day of making juice after juice and juice…hahaha
Morning started with my work out, just abs today, then I had a Orange, Apple, Carrot and wheat grass juice.
At about noon I had the carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, asparagus, beets, parsley, spinach and apple juice.
At about 2:00 I had a fruit juice again, this time orange, apple, blueberries.
At 5:30pm I had a bell pepper, carrots, spinach, broccoli, beets, asparagus, parsley, celery, apple juice.
Finally my last one for today was a pineapple, apple, orange and bell pepper juice.
I MISS FOOD!
