Day 8 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Doing this cleanse during winter season is not a good idea, I have been so cold, but now that I started eating one meal a day I feel much better.
So I am still doing the same type of juice drink, haven’t really changed, fruit with carrots in the morning and at noon super veggie juice, at about 2:00 pm another fruit drink. Depending on my day I usually will have a late lunch/early dinner as my only small meal for the day.
I feel much better now and I am so full when I do eat the meal, and I stay full all day long.
Day 7 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Half way there and I am way ahead of schedule, as far as loosing my weight. I know it seems weird but I was hoping to loose weight slower so I can cleanse longer but looks like I will be eating some food today at some point. I am coming in at 178 lbs already!
Anyway, so I started out with my usual work out in the morning, today was Arm day, triceps and biceps. At about 8:00 am I got my fruit juice, had apple, orange, grapefruit and bell pepper (I know that is NOT fruit, haha).
For lunch I had, lots of broccoli, carrots, spinach, bell pepper and parsley. Then I was out and about with my son and starving so we went into a gourmet hot dog place and I had a hot dog with a side of chilly, HAHAHA … good 1st meal after not eating for 7 days!
The hot dog was a chicken dog, with avocado, sprouts, and pickle … delicious!Then I could only eat a few bites of the chilly and a few french fries from my sons plate!
I was full for the rest of the day and I am now going to bed and I still haven’t eaten anything else.
I am still sticking to drinking juice and no alcohol including wine or beer.

Day 6 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Another day of making juice after juice and juice…hahaha
Morning started with my work out, just abs today, then I had a Orange, Apple, Carrot and wheat grass juice.
At about noon I had the carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, asparagus, beets, parsley, spinach and apple juice.
At about 2:00 I had a fruit juice again, this time orange, apple, blueberries.
At 5:30pm I had a bell pepper, carrots, spinach, broccoli, beets, asparagus, parsley, celery, apple juice.
Finally my last one for today was a pineapple, apple, orange and bell pepper juice.
I MISS FOOD!
Day 5 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Got up early as usual and noticed that last couple nights I have been sleeping better, not waking up at all until early in the morning, I am now getting up about 45 minutes before my alarm clock and I am wide awake. Dropped another 1.5 lbs, went to the gym and had a great shoulder work out. At 8:00 am I got my 1st juice glass for the day: apple, orange, carrots, grapes, spinach and blueberries.
Lunch time at 12:00 having a juice with: apple, broccoli, asparagus, red cabbage, carrots, beets, cilantro, parsley, bell pepper, spinach and celery. YUM!
Had my 2:00 snack, haha, juice with carrots, orange, apple and blueberries.
Not too hungry but I sure am missing food right now, all snacks look so good.
5:00 PM and I am about to have my veggie juice and then a couple hours later fruit juice.
For the veggie one: carrots, beets, celery, asparagus, cilantro, parsley, belll peppers and spinach.
For the fruit I will just keep it simple and have a apple, orange and blueberry juice.
Day 4 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Got up early nd did my work out at the gym, worked out on my back today…a little lighter lifting then usual since I am on this cleanse.
After the gym at 8:00 am I had my 1st juice drink which had: Apple, Lemon, Orange, Blueberries and grapes.
Lunch I had: Orange, Apple, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Red Cabbage, Celery, Asparagus, Parsley and beets.
At 2:00 pm I had: Orange, Apple, carrots, grapes and asparagus.
For dinner at 5:00 pm I had: carrots, asparagus, celery, red onion, parsley, bell pepper, red cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, cilantro, beets and spinach.
to wrap up my day at 7:00 I will be having orange, pineapple, apple, blueberries, grapes and carrot juice. So far I have lost about 8 lbs and I am at 181 lbs, my goa is not any lower then 175 so I might have get off this juice diet sooner then 14 days.
DAY 3 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Just ending my day and getting ready to lay down in bed and watch some TV… and today was much easier, wasn’t as hungry.
Started out at 8:00am right after gym, I had my Fruit Juice: Grapes, Apple Red and Green, Orange, cutie, blueberries and a lemon.
Went in to the office after that so I juiced my next 2 ahead of time and at noon I had: bell pepper, beets, cauliflower, red cabbage, broccoli, roman lettuce, spinach, green onion, red onion, cilantro, and parsley. At 2:00 pm I had Orange, cutie, apples, lemon, grapes and blueberries.
At 5:00 I had bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, roman lettuce, spinach, asparagus, green onion, red onion, cilantro, parsley, carrots, red apple, and celery.
Last drink I had was APPLES, PINEAPPLE, GRAPES and BLUEBERRIES, that one tasted best so far.
