Day 14 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Well this is it or at least this would really be the last day of my juice cleanse if I really stuck to it, but as mentioned below I started eating 1 meal a day on DAY 8…. anyway I still had juice in the morning and juice later in the day then I went out with my wife for dinner and we had sushi….YUM! With it I had 1 beer, that was my 1st beer in the 14 day cleanse.
Back to eating normal!
Day 13 of 14 day juice cleanse
Just like day 12, skipped all juice except this morning after my work out I had a apple, orange, tangerine and carrot juice.
Day 12 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse
So today I only had 1 juice in the morning, had a nice size lunch, lots of water all day and skipped dinner but later in evening I did have a couple carrots. So at this point I am really not doing the 14 day cleanse. But I still dropped some weight and I feel good, I will do this again for sure.
Day 11 of the 14 Day Juice Cleanse
Well I know I still keep calling it a Juice Cleanse even when I am back to eating food and having coffee. I am still only eating 1 meal and having 1 cup of coffee only. I still feel great and I feel like the cleanse really worked, I lost weight and feel good. Again I would not do this cleanse again in winter and I am sure I will repeat this in warmer months this year.
Went to the gym today, had a great work out, then I got some juice. For lunch I had a couple tacos and lots of water. I am planning on skipping dinner today and I will be having some veggie and fruit juice and then have a couple carrots or something, maybe some dark chocolate.
Day 10 of 14 day juice cleanse
Not much new today, added coffee to my morning, got a little burst of energy before going to the gym. After the gym I got some carrot and orange juice and then I had a handful of blueberries. Skipped munch today, just had a veggie juice and then at 5:00pm I had a couple small slices of pizza.
Later in the evening I had a couple carrots and lots of water today like every other day.
Today was a good day and I sure enjoyed the pizza
Day 9 of 14 day Juice Cleanse
I have been feeling much better now that I am eating 1 meal a day. Energy level is back up, I am a lot warmer and my work outs at the gym are a lot harder.
Today I went to the gym, did my work out and then had my orange and carrot juice. Later in the day I had a nice size lunch (Hamburger) and a few hours after that I had a veggie juice and that was it for the day.
My weight is still at 179 lbs so I am keeping the weight in check.
Feeling great so that is my update for now.
