Back to work and still juicing
Well today is Monday and I am back in the office, making the juicing a little harder but the eating (or looking for food) a lot easier.
There is no food pantry and the fridge in our office is not full of anything good to eat… so that is easy to not think about food. The hard part is that I had to prepare my 2 juices ahead of time in the morning. So they won’t be as FRESH but still good. Working on my lunch juice right now. Will update at the end of the day.
As far as progress, I woke up and wasn’t hungry…went to the gym and did a little lighter work out then I usually do but still 45 minutes of a chest work out. Before heading over to the gym I weight myself and I am 5 lbs lighter so in 2 days I dropped 5 lbs, that is more then I though I would, not sure if I can make it 14 days or I might loose too much weight, LOL.
