More about my diet and my work outs
So as you can read I have started a 14 day cleanse and everyone things I am crazy and that I don’t need it. I think there are lots of reason for doing a cleanse and one for me is the challenge and most important one is the health benefit of detoxing your body. I don’t think I need to loose weight, but it won’t heart to shed a few more pounds and when you work out all the time and east good BUT your body hits a wall, I think it is good to shock it so that is what I am doing.
I consider myself in good shape, thanks to the teenagers in the house, 2 boys almost 16 and almost 15, and my girl is 13 and they are all athletic and I try to keep up with them. Last year we did a little race and my oldest son whooped me so that was my motivation to kick up the work out (running for sure) and hit the gym harder. Since then I lost 15 pounds and haven’t gained it back and I feel great (I think it’s time to race again!). For the most part I played a lot of soccer and went to the gym 7 days a week, breaking down my work outs so that my body can rest (or at least parts of my body since I am in there 7 days a week).
I will go into more detail regarding my work out schedule starting Monday. For now here is a quick summary of what I do on each day.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Abs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Abs
In regards to my diet, here is the break down, I am 6’2″ and the most I ever weight was 220 lbs about 10 years ago. Took me a year to get down to 195 and I stayed at that weight for a long 8 years, no matter what I did. The only problem was when I increased working out I also increased eating (sometime bad habits, eating fast food and more). Then when I would stop playing soccer I would slow down eating and always hang around 195. Last year I did both, eat less and healthier but ate everything I liked just limited amount I did not have to eat 2 or 3 plates of it. Then I increased my exercise including more soccer and 7 days of gym time, to drop good 10 lbs and now I have been at 185 – 189 lbs for some time. My next goal is to get to 175 – 180 and then build a little healthier weight back up.

*An interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write more on this topic, it might not be a taboo subject but generally people are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers
