A fresh start…

For the New Year 2011, going to get a Fresh Start on my personal blog website. In the header the Family Crest is actually the Rowinski Family Crest, so I scanned it in and added it for a little personal touch. I started on a Liquid Juice Diet for the new year, this is a 14 day Juice (Fruit and Veggie) Diet, today is Day 2 and I am getting a little hungry. Other then that this is a New Year and we hope it is a lot better then 2010. Our family has been through a lot in 2010…I will update this site with news, images and my progress on the juice diet….CYA!
