DAY 1 of 14 Day Juice Cleanse

So I did wake up this morning and had my last cup of coffee for the next 14 days!

At about 10:00 am had my first juice drink which was simple, 1 red apple, 1 green apple and a couple oranges. Headed out to the gym, worked out on legs and then me and my wife Emmy went shopping to get more fruit and veggies.

Sometime around 1:00 pm  had my 2nd juice drink, this one had a lot more in it, not sure how much of each item but after it was done it was almost 2 glasses (8 oz) full. Here is what that juice drink had: parsley, green onion, carrots, broccoli, beets, red cabbage, spinach, asparagus, garlic, 1/4 of bell pepper, celery (not a fan of celery) and cauliflower. Tasted a lot better then it sounds, trust me.

Couple hours I had another glass, which had: Red Apple, Green Apple, Orange, 2 cuties, lemon and a hand full of grapes. This drink tasted good!

Last drink at about 8:00 pm was: Red Cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, green apple, hand full of grapes and beets.

That wraps up DAY 1 of juicing, wasn’t as hard as I though it would be, hope Day 2 goes well.
